“We lost our mushroom truffle sauce back at the start of the pandemic after our partner discontinued it due to supply chain issues. I have been determined to bring it back since then, but had to make sure we did it justice. After a lot of trial and error, I landed on an incredible recipe that we actually now make in house. Our Moonstruck pie is an umami explosion as savory truffle flavors get paired with cheesy goodness and a light tart of fig balsamic glaze.”
