PREHEAT

Set your oven to 450F.

Also take this time to set aside the Parmesan and Pesto finishes, if you’re preparing the Maverick.

PREP

Remove the pizza from the plastic wrap and place it in the oven, either directly on your oven rack or on a baking sheet.

BAKE

for 10-12 min until the crust is golden brown and crispy, and the cheese is melted.

COOL

Remove from the oven and let stand for 1 min.

FINISH

If you’re making a Maverick, now it the time to sprinkle the parmesan romano cheese on the pie, and drizzle over the basil pesto sauce.

SERVE

Slice it up and enjoy your hot and fresh pie!
